Fire Extinguishers Servicing and Supply
Fire Extinguisher Testing is essential as the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997 (as amended in 1999) requires virtually all employers to carry out a fire risk assessment of their workspace in order to identify, reduce or eliminate any fire hazards that may be found in that workspace.
Fire Extinguisher Testing is not only essential but is also a legal requirement , even if a fire certificate has been
issued for the premises. The law also requires employers to allocate a member of staff to deal with enforcing and protecting Health & Safety issues; this includes all fire extinguishers and their servicing / testing.
Recommendation
It is recommended that fire extinguishers must be independently tested on a yearly basis to avoid any problems with the equipment and to ensure that all devices will operate safely in the event of fire.

We deliver a Fire Extinguisher Testing service which is managed by our highly successful engineering team. When the servicing of your fire extinguishers is due you will be contacted by our team to arrange a service date and time convenient for you and your business.
Free of Charge
We carry out minor repairs absolutely free of charge (pins, seals, gauges and security devices). Should your fire extinguisher need Refilling/recharging we are happy to do this on your premises. We can also supply and installation of new extinguishers, please speak to our engineer or call us to discuss your requirements.
Call out Service
We also offer all our customers a call out service for when problems occur outside the scheduled visit and we are pleased to be able to offer a fully inclusive service covering all PAT testing, fire alarms, emergency lighting maintenance.
