PHS Recordsmanagement has recently launched an online customer access system which allows immediate, real time access to your account. Along with a whole host of other functions, the new access system makes storing your files with us, even easier than before.
Unlike many other customer access programmes, our package is bespoke to us and was designed with the needs and requirements of our customers in mind. Our system is simple, efficient and easy to use. As well as providing an array of facilities online, including the ability to opt for email invoicing, our programme will give you access to everyday essential functions, such as the ability to amend your account details, order products online and run regular reports on the data you have stored with us.
Each of our customers is issued a unique user name and password to allow admission into the system. Once logged in, you’ll be granted complete “hands on” management of your account, with a multi search criteria function for ease of use, ensuring the smooth running of your data storage programme with us.
