Meet our People
We employ over 200 people throughout our 7 branches in the UK and Greenleaf certainly wouldn't 
be Greenleaf without some of the great characters we have working for us.
In a service industry such as ours, where a plant is a plant, it's the service we give our customers and how we look after them that makes the difference. So please excuse our indulgence here, but we'd like to introduce you to some of our great members of staff.
Our technicians
These are our front line staff and the people our customers are most likely to see on a regular basis. We see them very rarely at the branches, often only when they call in for a meeting or to order and collect their plants for their customer visits. The rest of the time they are out and about at our customers' premises.
Our Growers
Mark Iles heads up our Nursery at Staines and together with his team of growers, produce our bedding plant requirement for our hanging baskets throughout Greenleaf. We're all queuing up to swop jobs with Mark as he works in what has to be the best Greenleaf location ever!
Our Sales People
We have a number of sales people out in the field who have a real passion for plants and all things green. Alongside our field sales, we also have a team of staff working from the Group's West Wales office in Ammanford. Lucy and her team are responsible for making appointments and also selling Christmas.
Major Projects
Some jobs can take customers months or even years to plan and that's where our specialist Major Projects Team come in. This "A team" of Greenleaf staff are made up of our most experienced project managers and installers who have a specialist knowledge of working with architects and specifiers to create large landscaping projects.
We've activate our Major Projects team for projects such as the O2 Arena and Sunderland Winter Gardens, although they can also be called to undertake work on any type of project too.
Our Christmas staff
Imagine Christmas lasting all year round? Well it does for our Christmas staff at our depot in the Midlands. Once Christmas starts to become a distant memory for many of us, their job is just beginning again. No sooner have they got the trees out the door than they're back in again, ready to be stripped down, redressed and boxed up for the next year.
Our Christmas staff also have an input into the design of the Christmas trees and I must say, we have a really creative bunch. We were the first company to hang Christmas trees upside down, to rent out black Christmas trees and snow covered ones. Watch this space for the next trend!
