PHS Group aquires Warner Howard Laundry Services

Leading workplace services provider the PHS Group plc (PHS) acquired the business-to-business service organisation Warner Howard on Monday 31st October 2005.

Following the acquisition, business remained very much ‘as usual’ for customers of Warner Howard’s industrial laundry equipment division, with the exception of one small thing – the name of the company! To mark the new era of the business, the division has been re-branded as Laundryserv, signalling the start of PHS’ investment in the business, focusing on the delivery of quality products and service.

Laundryserv’s ethos is to provide customers with 100% service, taking the worry away from establishing and maintaining an on-site laundry. To ensure such high levels of service are delivered, PHS has invested in customer service projects across the board, including

·         Providing a 24-hour manned helpline, so customers can log equipment issues with an operative, no matter what time of day or night customers choose to do their washing!
·         Increasing the team of dedicated fully trained laundry equipment engineers
·         Providing a dedicated administration team for Laundryserv accounts
