PHS Hiviz has launched a brand new high visibility garment rental service, including provision of top quality, high performance clothing which is maintained by PHS’s unique and proven cleaning service for high visibility workwear.
PHS Hiviz, leaders in effective cleaning and maintenance of high visibility workwear, have launched a brand new concept in the supply and care of these specialist garments. Their new Supply and Service range is a cost effective, high visibility garment rental option, which makes it easier for employers to control costs and budget. It does this by providing an ‘all in one’ service, including supply of top quality garments which are then kept clean, visible and compliant with required standards by PHS’s specialist cleaning and maintenance system for high visibility workwear.
The new PHS Hiviz service offers a complete range of high visibility clothing including foul weather, flame retardant and workwear. All garments are manufactured from quality fabrics and to the highest standards, ensuring PHS’s customers provide the best EN471 workwear protection for their employees.
Provision of quality garments is not enough, by itself, to satisfy the requirements of The Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 however, which also require employers to maintain the garments to correct standards. One of the biggest problems with high visibility workwear is keeping it clean and visible, since wearers are often working in dirty environments, and dirt soon dulls the bright colours and reflective tape on personal protective equipment (PPE) below required standards.
