PHS Datasafe will soon be launching a new Customer Access System for customers. From e-invoicing to full audit inventories, the new online access system will make storing your important business documents even easier!
New Online Access for PHS Datasafe customers
2010 will see the launch of PHS Datasafe's online customer access system. This bespoke system will allow immediate, real time access to your account, as well as offering a host of functions at your finger tips, making the storing of your important documents with us even easier than before.
Unlike many other customer access programmes, our package is bespoke to us and was designed with the needs and requirements of our customers in mind. Our system is simple yet efficient, sophisticated and easy to use. As well as providing an array of facilities online, including the ability to opt for email invoicing, our programme will give you access to everyday essential functions, such as the ability to amend your account details, order products online and run regular reports on the data you have stored with us.
How will it work?
Each of our customers will be issued a unique user name and password to allow admission into the system. Once logged in, you’ll be granted complete “hands on” management of your account, with a multi search criteria function for ease of use, ensuring the smooth running of your data storage programme with us.
