Laundryserv service continues to go from strength to strength!

PHS Laundryserv has continued to defy the downturn in the economy, with growth in both new business and from existing customers. Customer response to the recent launch of the 5 star service package (which makes laundry engineering responses available 7 days a week, 364 days a year) has been excellent, so much so that Laundryserv are looking to increase their in-house engineering staff numbers to record levels!
Pete Waugh, Laundryserv's Operational Director comments, "We're very proud of the great service provided by Laundryserv's in-house team of engineers and customer service team. We only use our own team of in-house engineers, and never sub-contract which enables us to make sure that customers always receive the high level of service they would expect. We aim to get an engineer to customers premises within 8 hours, but we also focus on acheiving a first time fix rather than just getting someone through the door! And with our first time fix rate running at 93%, plus excellent customer feedback, we're confident that we're providing a first rate service."
