  GB Nationwide Crate Hire, previously ranked the UK's number two crate supplier was acquired by PHS Teacrate on 31st July 2009. PHS Teacrate is actively integrating GB Nationwide’s customers and staff into their existing operation across nine service centres.

• PHS Teacrate Doubles Capacity with NEW Crate Washer

  Things are set to get even busier for PHS Teacrate, the UK’s largest crate rental company, following the installation of a new washer at its crate washing facility in Curdworth, West Midlands. The new machine has more than doubled capacity for Teacrate which means that it can now offer a crate washing service to larger customers in all industries and a more streamlined service to existing customers.

  Crate rental and packaging company PHS Teacrate has appointed Kevin Spackman as Regional Sales Manager, covering the south of the UK. Kevin joins PHS Teacrate from fellow PHS Group company, Orwak, and brings with him a wealth of experience of working in front line sales.

  Last August PHS Teacrate announced the take over of its arch rival Rentacrate in a multimillion pound deal that took many people by surprise. It was the latest in a series of acquisitions of smaller crate rental companies that year, and gave Teacrate around 65% of the UK’s crate rental market.

• PHS Teacrate Acquires Colchester Based Company

  Crate rental company PHS Teacrate has recently acquired Jerrard's & Readycrate of Colchester. The company has bought Jerrard’s customer base and stock. Following the acquisition it will be ‘business as usual’ for the Jerrard's & Readycrate customers as PHS Teacrate integrates the business into its own branch network and continues to provide the high level of service Jerrard's & Readycrate customers have come to expect.
