Agricultural Waste Regulations 2006 - Make Sure You Comply

The new Agricultural Waste Regulations are now in force, meaning that farm waste is no longer excluded from environmental protection legislation and is defined as controlled waste. This essentially means that Duty of Care applies to all waste produced on farms.
