The Group's Investor in People (IIP) standard underpins our focused approach to training and development. Talent management is a key element of this process and we offer both internal and externally accredited training for team members, including ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management), CIM (Char
tered Institute of Marketing) and our own "Aspire" senior management development programme.
The PHS Group has always been a firm believer in recruiting the best and our commitment to the Graduate Recruitment programme is evidence of this. Over the years, these graduates have added significant value to the organisation and gone on to hold key positions within the company. Clare Noble, now Managing Director of PHS Wastemanagement, who joined the company over 18 years ago, is just one example of the success of our graduate recruitment process.
PHS People

To support and promote these values further, we introduced PHS Stars. PHS Stars recognises and rewards PHS employees who demonstrate exceptional, practical, working examples of the core values.
