Our qualified testing and calibration engineers visit your site and test all of your healthcare diagnostic equipment in one visit. With no call out charge, no extra costs (such as postage) and minimal disruption to daily practice, our approach saves you valuable time and money. You no longer have to send equipment away to be tested, or pay for different engineers to come at different times for different pieces of equipment. Having diagnostic equipment tested in the past has been inconvenient and expensive, using a number of different testing companies (each charging a call out fee), or sending equipment away to be tested. At the end of each visit, the engineer presents you with a set of certificates confirming the test results. The certificates are evidence of meeting nGMS contract requirements concerning diagnostic equipment inspection, maintenance and calibration and can be used to make monetary claims under the quality points scheme. Once you have decided that you would like JPen Medical to test your equipment, you need to fill in a pre-visit form, listing the equipment you need to be tested. We use this form to estimate the time required for your appointment and will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment for our graduate engineer to call.
