Swabs and Dressings Disposal
The PHS Swabs and Dressings disposal service is specifically designed for the hygienic and compliant disposal of swabs and dressings waste from all sites, whether hazardous or non-hazardous.
The disposal unit is a pedal operated swabs and dressings bin, to minimise contact and therefore reduce the risk of cross-contamination. It is fluid and solvent resistant to protect you and your staff, and made from impact resistant ABS plastic that has been extensively drop tested to ensure robustness.
The design of the PHS Swabs and Dressings Disposal unit means that the handle is part of the base unit to remove risk of spillages that could be caused by carrying the unit by its lid. It has been designed to sit comfortably below worktop surfaces, yet the large 45 litre capacity makes it suitable for all environments, both healthcare and non-healthcare.
