Waste Management Legislation

Hazardous Waste DisposalWaste Paint Disposal

With increasingly stringent waste disposal legislation, such as the Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 and the Landfill Directive, the need to segregate and dispose of small volumes of hazardous waste such as waste oil, oil based paints, batteries and fluorescent light tubes has become a major concern for many organisations.

Hazcrate - Container for Hazardous Waste

PHS Wastemanagement's Hazcrate is a UN approved, lockable container, designed to take small volumes of mixed hazardous waste, to help ensure your compliance with current waste legislation.

It's a simple, cost-effective and hassle-free disposal service for those sites that produce only a small amount of waste oil, paints, batteries, fluorescent light tubes, gas discharge lamps and halogen lighting.  We will deliver the crate(s) to you, and when they're full, you simply call us to arrange for the crate(s) to be collected, and we will dispose of the waste in the most environmentally responsible way possible, recycling what materials we can.
