Unlike many Watercooler suppliers, PHS Waterlogic offers a Totalcare™ service package with no other costs or surprise hidden charges. With our Totalcare™ package it’s all included, chose any water machine, and it will be delivered, installed and maintained by trained PHS Waterlogic service engineers.
With our Totalcare™ service package it's all included:
- Mains fed drinking water machine of your choice
- Delivered to your chosen location
- Installed by one of our own trained service engineers
- Twice yearly planned preventative service with all parts and labour included*
- Full call out and repair service – next working day
- Replacement unit if a repair cannot be undertaken on site
- 24 hours a day 7 days a week manned Customer Service Centre
- No additional charge; labour & parts all covered
