Our core values form the foundation of our culture, brand and the way we work at PHS.
Therefore when defining our values, we thought it was important to reflect the thoughts and experiences of our people. For this reason, we involved everyone in the process which meant it was our employees who chose our four values.
This process has worked well and generated a wealth of examples of best practice and new ideas about how we can continue to improve and grow.
Everyday we work to reflect these values in everything we do, for example, ‘PHS Stars’ is our employee recognition program where we ask our people to nominate colleagues who have gone above and beyond, to be recognised and rewarded.
