To restart services, please complete our quick form and we will get things sorted for you. As you can imagine, our operations team are busy planning new routes for our drivers as businesses re-open. To make things go smoothly, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally 14 days. We will also need some additional information from you:
- Have access times to your site or sites changed since you were closed?
- Have you put any new restrictions in place that you want us to know about? For example, does our driver need to use a different door? Do you need us to visit on a different day or have you got specific social distancing rules?
- Have there been any changes to the induction process for the site which our driver needs to know about?
- Are there any specific PPE requirements we need to be aware of?
As well as preparing for normal services to resume, you may need support with getting back to business safely. Our account managers and customer service team are here for you and your business. They can provide advice on living walls, outdoor and indoor plants as social distancing aids and products to give your colleagues and customers peace of mind that you are taking all the right precautions for them.
