Congratulations to Tia Noakes, Customer Service Advisor at phs Group, for winning Newcomer of the Year award at the 22nd Welsh Contact Centre Forum Awards on 15th December 2020.
The Welsh Contact Centre Annual Awards celebrate the highest achieving and most-innovative individuals and companies from across Wales; while highlighting the importance of the industry. The glamorous award ceremony was virtually hosted by Rylan Clark, and Tia has since been congratulated with flowers and goodies in the Caerphilly Office.
The importance of our Customer Service Team
As the leading hygiene services provider in the UK, Spain, and Ireland, we service over 120,000 customers across 300,000 locations; supporting everything from GP Surgeries to Manufacturing Plants.
This means we have a lot of customers to look after, and it requires our customer service team to be trained to handle an extensive range of customers queries while having a good understanding of different sectors.
Since lockdown our Customer Service Team have successfully dealt with 32,361 specific COVID queries from our customers. When added to business as usual queries, in the first six months of the coronavirus pandemic the team responded to over 211,000 customer enquiries by email and answered over 60,000 phone calls.
