The aim of the scheme is to help neurodiverse young people to become fully independent and able to thrive in the workplace, with the hope of a permanent role within the host company.
Interning at phs
As a supportive and neuro-inclusive workplace, they offer a calming and welcoming environment for neurodiverse people to be able to thrive and be the best that they can be. Each intern work shadows a mentor in their chosen department and will be guided and supported as they learn about the phs core values.
Each of the interns will get to experience multiple departments such as marketing, key accounts, IT, scheduling and customer services. Throughout each department, they will learn transferable skills that can be used in the professional workplace setting.
