Apprenticeships play an important role in the running of phs. We invest in our employees and offer apprenticeships to existing employees to help them grow within their roles and themselves. We also take on new recruits as apprentices giving them the chance to gain both a nationally recognised qualification and work experience at the same time.
phs currently have over 120 employees undertaking apprenticeships of all levels and discipline, with 63 having completed a course in 2022.
On top of supporting our own, phs also transfers a proportion of our apprenticeship levy fund to other businesses, helping to support the development of their employees.
Our apprenticeships are designed to help staff become the best they can be, maximising their potential and supporting career progression.
