Many businesses and UK councils still lack baby changing stations, leaving parents frustrated and venues at risk of negative reviews and poor brand image. If your building welcomes customers and visitors, it’s an essential service.
Where facilities are offered, they’re sometimes limited to female toilets, excluding fathers and single parents. Installing a unisex space or adding stations in both male and female washrooms is a great solution. It’s a small investment that boosts customer satisfaction and brand reputation. If you need help, we’ll survey your site when we quote and recommend the best setup.
We offer a full range of products and services including baby changing units, nappy dispensers, sanitisers and nappy bins. We also offer a full management service of resupply, cleaning, and bin collection, disposal and replacement.
Our range of baby changing services and products have all been designed to meet safety standards while offering virus and germ killing hygiene benefits.

Our Range of Baby Changing products and services
Baby changing tables
Wall mounted and compact, our foldable baby changing units can be fitted in most types of washrooms due to their space saving design. They can be installed horizontally or vertically and used by left or right-handed users. They incorporate antibacterial surface protection which his proven to reduce the spread of pathogenic germs such as E.coli, MRSA and Salmonella.
Designed around safety and hygiene, you can have peace of mind your customers and visitors are always safe using them.
Surface sanitiser
Our surface sanitiser uses SteriTouch® antibacterial liquid which is proven to reduce the spread of pathogenic germs such as E.coli, MRSA and Salmonella. It comes in a compact wall dispenser with an easy use pump action button.
It only needs toilet roll or paper to wipe down surfaces, making it a much better alternative to non-biodegradable wet wipes. It’s also designed to be used as hand sanitiser. This unit is a great option to pair with a toilet paper dispenser to make life easier for the user.
You don’t have to worry about keeping the sanitiser and paper topped up, our service option will make sure it’s always full and ready to use.
Nappy bins
Available in a variety of sizes and capacities, giving you the choice choose of what works for your space. Our commercial nappy bins are part of our ReVive range meaning they’re made from 100% recycled plastic. With features like hands free foot pedals, smart sealing lids and odour capture pads, they’re the perfect bin solution for baby changing facilities.
With our full service option used nappies and waste are collected and disposed of sustainably. The bins are then sanitised and replaced on site by our experts so they’re always ready to use.
It’s worth noting that since the Environmental Protection Act 1990 nappies can’t be treated as general waste.
Nappy bag dispenser
Offering a hygienic and easy way to contain a used nappy, the bags stop the spread of germs and waste when transferred to a bin. Our wall mounted dispensers are space saving fitted flush to the wall or any washroom.
A great eco-friendly option, it’s packed full of biodegradable scented bags, dispensed one at a time. The dispenser is then fully recycled at the end of its life.
How to Keep Baby Changing Stations Hygienic and Compliant with Health Standards
Excellent service as usual. We have added a refurbished room to our Community Centre, complete with 2 New toilets, one with baby changing facilities. Kate B. Was most helpful and guided me through the process of adding to our current contract.
Frequently asked questions
There’s no law in the UK that mandates organisations must have baby changing facilities, but there’s a strong encouragement based on health, safety and equality guidance.
The Equality Act 2010 requires companies and service providers to make ‘reasonable adjustments’ for disabled people and companies also see baby changing facilities as part of this broader obligation.
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 places a ‘duty of care’ on organisations to ensure the health and safety of their staff, visitors and customers. Providing baby changing stations can prevent accidents and issues arising from parents having to use other areas that aren’t designed for changing babies.
Tables and areas should be thoroughly sanitised and wiped down after every use. Our service package means you’ll never run out of consumables for visitors to use, so your washrooms will stay clean and healthy.
When we quote, we visit to do a survey of the area and can advise you on accessibility and best practices. You can also read our guide on commercial baby changing facilities for some ideas.
The phs LifeCycle strategy ensures sustainable waste disposal. We divert at least 95% of our waste from landfill into energy for the national grid, from our partnership with energy-from-waste (EfW) facilities across the UK.
Wherever we can our products are fully recycled at the end of their lives, and many in our range are made from fully recycled plastics. We also always use biodegradable materials and consumables when possible. Our products are all designed to use less energy, need less maintenance, and are extremely reliable. This means less service visits from us to repair units or replenish stock.
This all helps our customers with their ERG goals and reduces the carbon footprint of our service.
There’s no set cost to our service and products as it’s different for every partner we work for, the best way to get an accurate price is to get in touch and get a quote.
